for this version of Architecture.

一: Install Architecture

２: Run Architecture.bat

3: Fire up Architecture

4. Run Licence tool from menu, "Utilities | Licence Management"

５: Press OK on first dialog, Press cancel on next dialog.

6. In the license management window tool, use "File | Import" and browse to Architecture.xml

and load it, repeat for Architecture２.xml

7. "Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" is a normal message.
