一: Install Descartes

2: Run Descartes.bat

3: Fire up Descartes

４. Run Licence tool from menu, "Utilities | Licence Management"

五: Press OK on first dialog, Press cancel on next dialog.

6. In the license management window tool, use "File | Import" and browse to Descartes.xml

7. "Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" is a normal message. You dont need any.

Bentley Descartes is the only imaging solution that is truly integrated

with MicroStation, adding high-performance raster operations. Quickly

integrated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Line Following for

document conversion and take advantage of a robust toolset to repair
